This policy explains, in plain language, what information Estellar Solutions collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can have it deleted. If anything here is unclear, email us at estellarsolutionsio@gmail.com and we will explain it.
1. Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your question, build your dashboard, and bill you if you become a paying customer.
Information you give us
- Your name and your business name
- Your email address and phone number
- Details about your business that you choose to submit — store type, location, what you sell, what you are trying to fix
- Messages you send us by email, through a form on this site, or through the website assistant
Store data you send us
If you start a pilot or become a customer, you send us sales and inventory reports exported from your point-of-sale system. This is business data about products, quantities, prices, and sales totals. We do not ask for and do not want your customers' personal information, and we do not ask for payment card numbers.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to record basic, aggregated usage: pages viewed, approximate location by region, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.
2. Why we collect it
- To reply to you and answer questions you ask us
- To build, update, and improve your store's dashboard and your weekly recap
- To provide the other services you sign up for, such as Google Maps Presence work
- To process payments if you become a paying customer
- To understand how the website is used so we can improve it
3. How we use your store's sales data
Your sales and inventory data is used only to build and improve your own store's dashboard. It is not shared with other stores, not published, not used to build lists, and not sold. Ever.
We do not sell your personal information or your business data to anyone. We do not trade it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. More detail about how store data is handled day to day is on our Data & Security page.
4. Third-party services we actually use
These are the outside services involved in running this business. Each one only sees what it needs to do its job.

We may also be required to disclose information if the law requires it. If that ever happens, we will tell you unless we are legally prohibited from doing so.
5. Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics 4 sets cookies in your browser to tell repeat visits apart from new ones. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private mode, and the site will still work. We have not added any advertising or remarketing pixels to this site and we do not sell audience data. Google Analytics is Google's product, so Google's own policies apply to what it collects.
6. How long we keep things
We keep your contact details and business information for as long as you are a customer or an active prospect. For store data, after a pilot or subscription ends:
- Raw point-of-sale reports are deleted within 30 days.
- Finished dashboards are kept for up to 90 days so you can retrieve them.
- Billing records are kept as long as the law requires.
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time, and we will do it once we have verified the request.
7. How to see, correct, or delete your data
Email estellarsolutionsio@gmail.com from the address you contacted us with, and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, or full deletion. We will confirm when it is done. There is no fee and you do not have to be a paying customer to ask.
8. Children
This is a service for business owners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the "last updated" date at the top. If the change is significant and you are an active customer, we will email you about it.
