Daily sales overview
Included in PilotSales by day and by week, so you can see which days carry the store and which ones drag.
A dashboard built from the reports you already export from your register — a sales report, plus an inventory-on-hand report when your system can produce one. See what sold, what is running low, what is sitting dead on the shelf, and what to reorder.
No credit card · No contract · Built by hand for each store during the pilot · Google Maps optimization is separate
The Store Tracker is a sales and inventory dashboard we build for your store in a spreadsheet — Excel or Google Sheets — using a report you export from your point-of-sale system. You open a link, and everything is laid out in plain English: what sold, what's low, what's stuck, and what's worth reordering.
Being straight with you about how it works today: this is a hand-built dashboard, not a self-serve app. There is no login to create and nothing to install. We do not connect to your POS and there is no live sync. You send us a report, we do the work, and you get the finished dashboard back.
That's on purpose during the pilot. It means you get a dashboard shaped around how your store actually runs — your product names, your categories, your reorder habits — instead of a generic template you have to configure yourself.
Every item below is labeled honestly: Included in Pilot means we deliver it today. Coming Soon means it is not built yet.
Sales by day and by week, so you can see which days carry the store and which ones drag.
Your top movers ranked by units and by dollars, so you never run out of the things people actually come in for.
A clear list of items that have dropped below a sensible level, flagged in your dashboard and weekly recap. Requires an inventory-on-hand report — current stock cannot be calculated from sales history alone.
Based on your recent sales pace, an estimate of how many days each item has left. Also requires inventory-on-hand data.
The products sitting on your shelf tying up cash, so you can discount them, move them, or stop reordering them.
When your report includes cost, we show gross profit and margin by product — so you can tell busy from profitable.
A plain-English list of what to buy next and roughly how much, based on your sales pace and what's already on hand. You make the final call.
One short email a week: what sold, what's low, what's stuck, and what we'd reorder — no dashboard required to read it.
The dashboard opens on your phone from a link, so you can check it behind the counter or standing in the aisle.
Recaps by text message. Today recaps go out by email only.
A direct connection to your register that pulls data on its own. Today you export a report and send it to us.
An account and portal you log into. Today there are no logins — you get a link to your dashboard.
Alerts that fire the moment stock drops. Today low-stock flags appear when your dashboard is updated.
No new hardware, no new software, no rip-and-replace. Four steps, and most of the work is on our side.
Pull a sales or inventory report out of your POS as a CSV or Excel file. If you're not sure how, we'll walk you through it for your specific register.
Email the file to us or drop it in a private shared folder. It is used only to build your dashboard.
We clean up the export, structure it, and build your dashboard around how your store actually sells.
You receive the dashboard link and a plain-English list of what to reorder and what to keep an eye on.
We currently support guided report imports during the pilot. Direct POS integrations are being added based on customer demand.
The Store Tracker is built for independent US retail — the kind of store where one person orders, prices and counts everything. Here is what the dashboard tends to look like in each.
High-turn snacks, drinks and tobacco where running out on a Friday costs real money. Convenience store inventory tracking here is mostly about reorder timing: which SKUs move every single day, which ones only move on weekends, and how many days of stock you have left on each.
Deep catalogs where a handful of bottles carry the margin and a long tail sits still for months. Liquor store inventory management usually starts with finding the dead stock tying up your cash, then protecting the fast movers you cannot afford to be out of.
Fast-changing flavors and brands where last quarter's best seller is this quarter's shelf-sitter. Vape shop inventory tracking focuses on how quickly demand shifts, so you stop reordering lines that stalled and catch the ones climbing.
Mixed perishable and packaged goods with thin margins. Small grocery store inventory tracking is about ordering the right quantity rather than the safe quantity, and seeing which departments actually earn their shelf space.
Smaller counts, higher price points, and seasons that turn over quickly. Boutique inventory tracking leans on margin and sell-through: what earned its money this season, and what should not come back next season.
If your register exports a sales report, Estellar can most likely build your dashboard. Send one export and we will tell you honestly what it can and cannot show before you spend any time on it — start the free pilot.
Comparing several stores side by side in one combined view is not available yet. If you run more than one location today, we can build a separate dashboard for each store during the pilot, but there is no automatic roll-up or store-vs-store comparison view. It is on the roadmap, and we would rather tell you that now than let you find out later.
The pilot exists so you can see a dashboard built from your own numbers before you pay anything. It covers: a short store and data-compatibility call; a review of one sales report and, when available, one inventory-on-hand report; your initial Store Tracker dashboard prepared within 48 hours after we receive usable data; and a final review covering best sellers, low-stock risks where inventory data is available, slow-moving products, margin opportunities where costs are available, and recommended next actions. No credit card, no automatic billing, no contract — you choose whether to subscribe afterwards. The free pilot focuses on the Store Tracker; Google Maps optimization is available separately through the Store Growth plan.
After the pilot, the Store Tracker is $97/mo. Store Tracker + Google Maps Presence is $197/mo, AI + Social is $597/mo, and the Full-Service Growth is $997/mo. Web design is a separate one-time build starting at $399. Everything is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime — see full pricing.
Send us one report from your register and we'll build your first dashboard within 48 hours. No card, no contract, nothing to install.
Start Your Free 14-Day PilotAny register or POS that can export a sales or inventory report as a CSV or Excel file will work. We do not connect to your POS directly and we are not partnered with any POS vendor — you export the report yourself and send it to us. If you are not sure whether your system can export, send us a photo of your reports screen and we will tell you.
Then we work with whatever you do have: a spreadsheet you already keep, distributor invoices, or a simple product and price list. The dashboard can only be as detailed as the data behind it, so we will tell you up front what we can and cannot show you before you spend any time on it.
Your sales data is used only to build and improve your own store's dashboard. It is never sold and never shared with other stores. Access is limited to the founder who builds your dashboard. We have not completed a formal third-party security certification, so instead of claiming one we describe exactly what we do on our Data & Security page.

No. If you can export a report from your register and open a link, that is the whole job on your end. There is nothing to install, no account to set up, and no software to learn. The dashboard opens in a normal browser on a phone or a computer.
Yes. The pilot has no card and no contract, so you can stop at any point. After the pilot, billing is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fee. If you want your data deleted after you leave, email estellarsolutionsio@gmail.com and we will remove it.
That is the main thing the dashboard answers. We rank your products by how fast they are actually selling, and when you send an inventory-on-hand report we estimate how many days of stock each one has left. You get a plain-English reorder list — what to buy now, what can wait, and what you should stop buying — instead of a wall of numbers to interpret yourself.
Most POS reports tell you what happened: totals, a long product list, maybe a top-sellers table. They rarely tell you what to do next. We take those same exports and turn them into decisions — slow movers tying up cash, items about to run out, margin you are leaving on the shelf — and we do the work of cleaning and structuring the export so you are not maintaining anything.
You can, and plenty of stores do. The problem is not the spreadsheet — it is the hour a week of updating it, and that it goes stale the first busy month. The Store Tracker is that spreadsheet, kept current for you and read like a dashboard, for less than the time it costs you to maintain one.
