Do I need a website?

Not for the WhatsApp replies, chat orders or review replies. The form alerts need a form on your website; if you do not have one, All-Inclusive includes a 3-page website.

Does it post review replies by itself?

No. Each reply is drafted in your tone and waits for you. You approve it with one tap and only then is it posted.

What happens when a customer asks something the assistant does not know?

That is when you hear about it, so you can answer yourself. Everything else, it handles.

Can I add or change automations later?

Yes. New automations or later changes are quoted separately.

How do I pay?

It is paid once. Outside Peru you can pay by card; in Peru, payment is arranged directly with me.
